  3. Wash the rough rice thoroughly and place in the coal pot stir with wooden spoon while putting the rice this would enable the spices incorporate well with the rice Now cover the rice and allow to cook.
  4. After 30mins cut 1-2 chunks of onions into the pot of rice and get a foil paper to cover up the rice allowing it cook in its steam for another 15mins. (when using a coal pot it is compulsory that the rice would get burnt)
