- Now mix guava puree with whipped cream drop of red colour red chilli powder and rock salt. Add guava small pieces. Mix well. Transfer into an airtight container and put in a freezer for 7-8 hours. Check it after 2 hours. If you get bubbles churn again and freeze for 6-7 hours.
