- Bring it to boil finely in low flame for 5 minutes.
- Heat a seasoning pan, add seasoning ingredients, let it fry, add curry leaves.
- Transfer into boiling sambar, take off flame, cover a plate.
- Serve in hot with hot steamed rice.
