  3. Heat an iron skillet on medium flame and smear it with a thin layer of coconut oil. Take some batter in a ladle and pour it evenly on the skillet. Close the lid immediately to avoid cracking of dosa and cook for 45 secs.
  4. Once done, remove the dosa with a spatula. It can be folded and served with chicken / fish curry or coconut chutney as a dip.
