Steps to make Suji Upma:
- Add 1/2 tspn oil in pan and fry sooji till little golden brown. Keep aside.
- Take 2 tbspn oil in a pan add Mustard seed, Curry leaf and Bangal Gram into it. Then add chopped onion, fry till golden brown
- Now add others veggies of your choice and cook for 5 mints
- Now add roasted sooji and fry with veggies for 2 mints. Now add 2 glass water.
- Add salt and black pepper
- Cover with lid and cook for 5 mints in low sim.
- Add lemon juice serve hot
- Garnish with green coriander and roasted peanuts.
