  13. Take as needed coriander leaves

Steps to make Suji Upma:
  1. Add 1/2 tspn oil in pan and fry sooji till little golden brown. Keep aside.
  2. Take 2 tbspn oil in a pan add Mustard seed, Curry leaf and Bangal Gram into it. Then add chopped onion, fry till golden brown
  3. Now add others veggies of your choice and cook for 5 mints
  4. Now add roasted sooji and fry with veggies for 2 mints. Now add 2 glass water.
  5. Add salt and black pepper
  6. Cover with lid and cook for 5 mints in low sim.
  7. Add lemon juice serve hot
  8. Garnish with green coriander and roasted peanuts.
