Instructions to make Versace tatashi sauce!:
  1. Wash the chicken and gizzard, season It well with Rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, seasoning cubes and par boil it. Then separate the chicken from the broth, drain it and fry afterwards.
  2. Wash ur tatashi and green pepper remove the seeds wash it properly and drain like this
  3. Wash the red pepper, onions, fresh tomatoes and scotch bonnet and drain.
  4. Then slice the tatashi, green pepper, fresh tomatoes, scotch bonnet, fresh red pepper, and onions, and set aside like this.
  5. Cook soft ur ponmo and cut into pieces. Also cut ur gizzard same way (If you are using gizzard)
  6. Beat the egg in a bowl add pinch of salt. Rub/grease 2 moi moi plate with butter transfer the egg to the greased plates or nylon and cook like moi moi until solid. (I used 5 egg).
  7. When the egg is done allow it to cool off then cute into cubes like this
  8. Wash ur curry leaves and the green leaves. Roughly cut only the green leaves (see picture)
  9. Select the soft ones amongst ur fresh tomatoes red bell pepper and red pepper. Blend together with ginger to get a paste.
  10. Now set a pot on fire.. Put some vegetable oil. Add ur nicely cut garlic and saute. Add the tomatoe paste together with the tomatoe puree and the nicely cut fresh tomatoes. Add some seasoning cubes and curry powder. Cook until it no longer slaps the cheek.
  11. Then add the chicken broth, and the fried chicken together with the mangala fish. Check for salt and adjust. Cook for 8 minutes add the curry leaves and turn off the heat.
  12. The final stage. Put another pot on fire, add some vegetable oil, put the onions and saute. Add ponmo, followed by the egg, gizzard (if you are using any) Then followed by the egg, the tatashi, the green pepper and some seasoning cubes. Cook for 2 minutes, then transfer the content of the 1st pot to the 2nd pot, and cook for another 2 minutes add ur green leaves stir very well and turn off the heat.
