- Prepare 1 kg guava
- Take 200 gram gram flour
- Prepare 500 gram curd

- Take 2 tablespoons oil for kadhi

- Take 2 tablespoons green peas
- Get 1 inch ginger
- Prepare 2 green chillies
- Get to taste Salt

- Take 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Instructions to make Guava kadhi:
- Wash chopped and boil guavas adding 2 glasses of water
- After cooling grind well
- Sieve it to separate pulp
- Meanwhile chopped potatoes,ginger and green chillies
- Deep fry potatoes and keep them aside
- Mix gram flour and curd in guava pulp
- Heat oil a vok and add hing,cumin seeds,chilli powder and turmeric powder
- Add guava curd mixture and salt
- Add chopped ginger and green chillies and fried potatoes
- Add boiled peas in ot and boil for 15 minutes
- Then turn off the flame
- Serve hot with bajre ki roti
