- Wash and peel off potatoes then cut it in cubes
- Mix egg salt red pepper ginger powder corn flour all purpose flour mix throughly so that all potatoes covered
- Heat oil in pan and fry potatoes until they becomes golden from both sides it takes about 5,7 mints
- Now make gravy,heat oil in pan and saute ginger garlic
- When it changes colour add vegetables and fry it for 2,3 mints
- Then add vinegar soya sauce chilli sauce ketchup and mix well black pepper salt
- Mix corn flour in 3 tbsp of water and mix it into the vegetables and cook it for 2 minta then add fried potatoes and cook it for 3,4 mints
- Potato manchurain is ready i serve it with garlic rice
