  4. Add the maziwa mala and start kneading
  5. Knead until the mixture is soft…and cover with a wet cloth for atleast 30 mins..
  6. Roll out the dough,and cut into desired shape and sizes
  7. Bring the oil to appropriate temperature,and add the cut out dough..Cook until golden brown..
  8. Set aside the mandazis for them to cool,and serve 😋
