  2. In the flour bowl make a well then add sugar.Then add the yeast mixture bit by bit until the sugar has finally dissolved then knead until the dough is smooth and well combined.
  3. Let it rise for about 2 hours.After 2 hrs cut the dough into 6 balls.Roll each ball for about 1/4 inch then cut it them halves. Put the halves in a tray and let them rise for 30 mins.
  4. Heat the oil in a medium heat.Deep fry the mandazis until golden brown on both sides. Ready to serve with hot ginger tea
