  2. Add ghee,lower the flame and slowly add the suji,stirring constantly so that lumpy are not formed.keep stirring till the mixture becomes a thick.this will take 2 minutes.
  3. Take it off from the flame and keep it aside.
  4. Meanwhile to prepare to fill add ghee in a heat pan and fry the freshly grated coconut in low flame till the light brown.
  5. Add jaggery, cardamom and black powder and fry till the jaggery melt.finally add the cashew and raisins and fry for a minute and switch off the flame
  6. Take a spoon of ghee,add to the prepared warm semoline dough and knead it to form a dough.make even balls from the dough flatten it on your palm make a depression and stuff some coconut.then close it from all sides make a ball flatten it a little bit with the palm of your hand.
  7. Deep fry them in hot oil golden brown.
  8. Manda pitha is ready.
