Instructions to make Mangodi:
  1. In a pan heat oil add cumin and red chilli
  2. Now in other pan roast mangodi in 1 tbsp oil…
  3. Now add 1 glass water along with rest spices and take 1 boil on low flame
  4. Mix mangodi and chopped potato in that mix..and cook on low flame till potato get soft..add 2 glass water more in it and cook on low flame

Dry roast mangodi on hot tawa until crunchy and slightly browned. Heat up oil, mix in brown bay leaf, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, whole red chillies and salt and cook. Mix in potatoes and stir fry stirring constantly until golden brown.
