  2. Then knead the dough for a while and using a rolling pin roll it out. Then spread cold water on the dough. Put the wet side on to the chapatti pan then sprinkle onion seeds. Let this heat for a minute then turn the pan over onto the gas cooker and let this cook you will see the naan bread getting slightly brown and it comes off the pan. Then put some ghee/butter if you want to. Fresh naan is a great treat for my boys enjoy…..😊
