  16. Take 1/2 cup oil to fry

Add the saffron and remove from the heat. Once the milk has cooled, stir in the salt. Legend has it that the galouti kebab was invented for an old toothless Nawab of Lucknow who was not ready just as yet to give up the pleasures of kebabs.   3. Make small oval shaped balls. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add the galouti kababs to the pan. Cook on medium flame from both sides till it is cooked and turns nice and golden. Serve hot with green dahi chutney and onions
