- Add besan, egg, green chillies, coriander leaves to marinated mutton. Mix well. Knead like dough. Add additional besan if required
- Take small portion. Shape like ball and flatten it. Do until completed
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Fry in ghee until brown on all sides on medium heat.Do not substitute ghee for oil. Ghee brings right flavour for kebabs
- Sprinkle lemon juice and serve warm
