- Soak razma overnightor atleast 8 hrs.wash &boil it along with whole Garamasala
- Mash or grind Boiled razma add all ingredients &mix well.except nuts.
- Divide the mixture in equal proportions which size u want.wet or greased ur palm.
- Shape it into a round flattened just like potato tikki,filled in it nuts reshaped.
- Shallow fry in pan.
