  5. Heat a pan add ghee.add mustardseed to the pan,add meethidana,add kalongi,add jeera,add saunf.
  6. Chop tomato and add them pan.mix well,add redchillipowder,and turmeric powder.sprinkle salt as per your choic.
  7. Pour water.
  8. Add chopped apple.add sugar.
  9. Add tamarind water on the mixture.
  10. Stuff with guava.Add grated cheese and corriender leaves and serve.
