- In a wok add the oil and add the coriander seeds let these boil then add chopped onions then add salt let the onions brown. Then add the chillies and garlic chutney and paneer. Then add the chilli sauce and soy sauce mix all this together. Then add chopped coriander then sprinkle lime juice and serve warm great as a starter.
