- In a cooker, add 2 tbsp of oil, once oil is heated, add mustard seeds. When It starts Splattering, add all the masala items give it a good mix.
- Then add green chillies mix it till changes colour. Add onion slits. Mix it well till it changes to golden brown. Add grated carrot, saute till the raw smell goes.
- Then add grated indian Gooseberry, mix it well.add green peas, saute for 2 mins Then add salt & Pulov powder saute for a while
- Add water in 1:2 ratio. Allow it boil. Once it starts to boil, add rice and stir it well. Close the cooker lid. After 3 whistles leave for 15 mins. Then open the lid
- Take a pan, add 1tsp of ghee once it's heated then add black raisins, saute it for 2 mins. Add ghee flavoured raisins to Pulao and give it a good mix. Adding raisins neutralize the bitter taste of Amla. Healthy & Tasty Amla Pulav is Ready to serve. Serve hot for the best taste.
