- Chop into medium size
- Add chopped guava, lemon juice, coriander leaves, ginger,garlic,roasted cumin seeds, green chilli into a mixer and grind it
- Heat a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dhal, red chilli, asafoedita fry it,pour the tempering mixture into the grinded chutney
- Serve it with Dosa, Idli, chapati or even rice
