- On medium heat, heat tawa. Make 15 equal balls from the dough and roll out to medium size.
- Place the rolled korma roti on the hot tawa. Brush some oil on each side and cook the roti on both side. To make it crispy press it with a ladle while roasting. The roti should be nice and crispy and nice golden colour.
- Repeat for the rest of the dough. Enjoy with pickle, garlic chutney, yogurt, onions or chai.
