- Take 220 g light brown sugar

- Roll the mixture into small balls (the size of a golf ball) and flatten slightly. Place on the baking tray 2 inches apart. Bake for around 15 minutes. Take out of the oven whilst still quite soft and leave to harden on the baking tray. This will ensure the biscuits are still soft.
