- Squeeze in the lemon juice. Slowly add in the oil whilst blending. The mixture will likely now be very thick.
- Add water a tablespoon at a time until the consistency is as you want it. Whilst adding the water the mixture should become creamier looking as you blend. (You may prefer thicker to spread or dip, or thinner as a pasta sauce for example).
