- Take chicken wash it and marinate chicken with red chilli powder, salt, pepper, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, egg, cornflour, rice flour, white flour, ginger garlic paste, pinch of red colour(optional) marinate everything at least for 1 or 2 hrs then fry it and strain it on a tissue paper.
