  1. Prepare 2 boiled potatoes(peeled mashed)

  10. Take Handful coriander leaves chopped finely
  11. Take 1 tsp garam masala
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp amchur / dry mango powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  14. Get 1 tbsp corn flour
  15. Get as needed Oil for frying
  16. Take as needed toothpicks
  17. Make ready 4 tbsp bread crumbs for coating
  18. Make ready to taste Pink Himalayan salt
Steps to make Veg lollipops:
  1. In a mixing bowl,add the veggies.
  2. Add onion,corn flour, coriander leaves,garam masala,green chillies,chaat masala, amchur powder, ginger-garlic paste,salt and add the breadcrumbs.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Make round or oval shape balls and keep aside.
  5. Make a paste of maida+corn flour by adding little water (a lumps-free batter)
  6. Meanwhile,heat a oil in the kadhai.
  7. Take the pops and dip it in a paste fully and coat it fully wdh the breadcrumbs and roll on.(each pops should be coated well wdh the breadcrumbs)
  8. Fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown in colour and remove them on kitchen towel or on tissue paper.
  9. Now pierce it with toothpick on top.
  10. Veg lollipops are ready to serve…
  11. Accompanied the lollipops with sauce or any dip of your choice.
  12. Note:-If you don't wanna deep fry the lollipops,you may shallow fry or you may make even in appe pan. Add veggies of your choice.
