  1. First,collect all the ingredients,wash and made small pieces of green chilli,ginger,garlic to made paste in mixer.
  2. First mash all the potatoes,separate it's shells,add all the masales,ginger garlic paste,Coriander,corn,crushed carrot in it.made oval shapes of all dove.add stick to it orr you can fry it without sticks.i was used kabab sticks for lolly pop,anyone use ice cream sticks too for it.
  3. Made the liquid paste of cornflour.for that, in a bawl, take 2tsp cornflour, add 2 pinch salt in it.add 1 cup water in it. keep aside. Also take for binding of lollipop after shaping it.so first made the oval shap of mashed potato doves, then wrap it in the bowl of corn liquid and dry it in the tray of rave thus made all the sticks.
  4. Then take a pan, add oil in it.in a fast flame for a few minutes, fry it and slow the flame to cook it finely. separate it from the kadhai. corn lollipops are ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
