Steps to make Energy Oats Cake:
- Take a big bowl,2 cups oats lightly roasted and powdered in mixie.Add Crushed Oats in bowl,add 1 tbsp chocolate powder,2 tsp cocoa powder,1/2 tsp baking soda,1 Tsp Baking powder.Mix all dry ingredients together with a hand beater.
- Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder. Add 1 1/2 tbsp Khand for sugar,1 tbsp honey,
- Mix all together, now add 1 cup curd in it and mix together. The batter should be very thick, unlike other cakes. Mix well and then add 1/2 cup milk in the batter, mix nicely. Now add 10 -12 yellow raisins, few chopped cashews. Add desiccated fresh coconut 1/2 cup. Mix all together. The batter should be very thick. Please use fresh curd and the same cup for measuring all.
- For baking preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 min.Meanwhile grease Baking tin with coconut oil,sprinkle maida and tap and throw excess white flour.Now on bottom of tin sprinkle 2 tsp sesame seeds, raisins,melon seeds, cashews,add the tight batter,level it little with spatula.Add raisins, cashews,melon seeds,a tsp of sesame seeds.Bake in oven for 35 min on 180 to 190 degrees,comes out very good in taste.Check with knife,if it comes out well it's ready.Healthy cake is ready without any oil.
