- Roast the all dry fruits only for 2 minute after cool grind it thick
- Roast the sesame seeds and khaskhas too
- Chop the anjeer and dates soak it in milk for some time and micrwave it for 2 minutes
- Now take a nonstick pan… Take ghee add anjeer and dates… Saute it for 5 minutes
- Now add dry fruits, gond, sesame seeds and khaskhas
- Mix it properly… Now set it in container for half an hour
- Now cut it into bar shape
- Healthy and tasty Energy Bar is ready
