  16. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  17. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
  18. Prepare As per taste Amchur powder
Instructions to make Veg lollipops:
  1. Take a wok. Add oil to it and let it heat. Add chopped onions and green chillies to it. Cook it for few mins and then add Ginger garlic paste to it. Let it cook. Now add chopped capsicum and chopped carrot to it and finally add beetroot to it.let it cook properly. Now add salt, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder and garam masala to it. Let it cook properly then add crumbled paneer and grated cheese to it. Mix it properly and let it cool.
  2. When it is cooled grease your hands with oil and make small balls if it.
  3. Take maida and add water and make slurry of it. Dip the balls in the maida slurry and then dip in bread crumbs. Let it cover properly. Make all the balls and roll it in bread crumbs and cover with bread crumbs. Keep it in the fridge for at least half and hour.
  4. After half and hour. Take oil in wok let it heat properly then deep fry the balls. Take out the balls and then insert the sticks in the ball to give a look of lollipop
