- Soak the chopped dates in water for 10 mins. Drain off and grind to a paste.

- Form medium sized balls and dip them in chocolate spread. (If your spread is too thick you can add some coconut oil to dilute it).
- This step is optional. If desired you can roll the balls onto Desiccated coconutor leave it as such. I’ve done a few here with coconut.
- Finally refrigerate the balls for 30 mins to 1 hour.
