- Take 1/2 cup Gur / jaggery
- Make ready 1/2 cup almond
- Get 1/2 cup kaju / cashew

Steps to make Energy bars:
- Chopped all dry fruit and gur and roast it few minute.
- Take pan melt the gur and honey.
- Grease the baking tray with oil.
- In the melt gur add puff rice, almond, kaju, pista mix properly.
- Transfer to the baking tray and keep a side for 30 min.
- After 30 min remove from baking tray and cut into pieces.
- Serve it.
