Steps to make Chicken curry:
  1. Marinate chicken with curd, salt and turmeric powder for 30 mins.
  2. Heat butter or ghee in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  3. Add onions and cook till transparent. Add curry leaves and tomatoes cook till tomatoes become mushy.
  4. Add chicken, cover lid and cook for 5min.
  5. Add chilli powder, daniya powder, cinnamon and clove powder
  6. Add desired amount of water cook till chicken becomes tender. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
