- Keep in refrigerator for an hour. Remove them from refrigerator.
- Mix the cornflour into a bowl and add little water to make thick batter. Each time dip each in a cornflour batter and roll over with the bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot add one by one coated balls with ice cream stick and deep fry till crispy and golden.
- Served hot with tomato ketchup.
