Steps to make Spaghetti carbonara:
  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water. Meanwhile cook pancetta or bacon in a hot wok and add a knob of butter. In a separate bowl whisk 2 eggs and add the Parmesan to it. Once bacon and butter is ready, add the spaghetti directly into the bacon from the water (don’t worry if some water drips into the bacon) and toss it together. Take it off the heat and add the egg and Parmesan mixture. Add cracked black pepper and finish with more Parmesan and fresh parsley.
