Instructions to make Spaghetti frittata:
  1. Bring water to the boil. Add salt. Cook pasta. Drain 1-2 mins before cooking time is up
  2. Cook pancetta in a pan with oil. Once browned, add spaghetti. Mix well for 1 min. Add Parmesan and mix
  3. Beat eggs and add to spaghetti. Give slight mix. Cook on medium for 3-4 until brown. Flip over and cook for another 3-4 mins
  4. Serve Golden brown :)
